we seek an experienced, creative and detail-oriented marketing manager to lead bassike’s in-house marketing + PR team.
the role is responsible for designing and implementing bassike’s domestic and international brand, digital, retail and wholesale marketing strategy. reporting to our CEO and creative directors, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and negotiator and the ability to manage multiple multiple projects, priorities and deadlines is essential.

 

the responsibilities of this role include:

- ongoing development and management of long term strategic marketing plan including brand DNA, values and positioning
- develop and lead annual marketing and communications plan across domestic and international wholesale and retail businesses
- ongoing R&D of existing demographic + identifying further development and growth segments

we are searching for an experienced production co-ordinator to manage the local production of our bassike fashion categories.
the candidate will have production experience, with a proven ability to manage local manufacturers, lead a qc co-ordinator and co-work within the bassike production team

 

the primary purpose of this role includes:

To co-ordinate the production cycle each season for all overseen factories. This includes:
- maintaining strong relationships with all fashion manufactures
- management of local fashion pp samples
- managing the conduction qc approvals and implementing qa systems
- supervising the qc co-ordinator
- maintaining production schedules and delivery communication
- raising seasonal and recut fashion production orders
- resolving yield/cut shortage issues with production manager/sales team and fashion suppliers

 

the successful applicant will possess:

- intermediate knowledge of AP21
- strong communication and the ability to build strong working relationships with garment manufacturers
- garment technical knowledge including pattern, fit, yields and construction
- intermediate skills in of excel/outlook
